What if I don’t receive a confirmation email after I purchase my insurance?

There are a couple of things you can do. First, check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll make sure we have the correct email address for you. We'll resend the email to you so you can activate your account and retrieve your policy documents.
