Please do not sign any document from anyone, including a tow truck driver, at the scene of an accident without speaking to us.

You’re never obligated to use the services of a tow truck that arrives at the scene, and you don’t have to agree to have your vehicle towed to their facility. You have the right to choose where your car is towed. You can direct the tower to take it to a location of your choice, including your home or your repair facility. You can also ask them to leave it at a collision reporting centre if they have a secured lot to retain your vehicle.
