When and how will a Claims team member contact me?

A Claims team member will call you at the phone number you provided in your online claim. You’ll be provided with a timeframe for your phone call in the email we send you after you’ve submitted the claim. Be sure to check your messages in case you missed the call.

We’ll usually call you within one business day. There could be a delay if there’s something like a large-scale weather event happening, since there will likely be a high volume of claims being submitted during that time.
