If you weren’t able to book a time that works for you online, select the next best time available and then call the certified repair shop to adjust. Or, contact our Claims Professionals via phone or chat and we'll help you select a shop and schedule a time that works for you.

Heads up! If you do need to call the repair shop to book a repair time, you still need to complete your online claim with Sonnet. Make sure the status of your claim says 'Submitted' on your Claims dashboard.
