Why can’t I see my claim on my Claims dashboard?

For some claims, like windshield damage only where you have to call one of our partners, you won’t see it appear on your Claims dashboard.

You also won’t see your claim on your Claims dashboard if you didn’t report your claim online – if you did it over the phone, for example, or if we received a notification from police or another insurance company.

If you did report your claim online and still can’t see it on your dashboard, contact us – we can help.
