I’m trying to claim for a damaged, lost or stolen item but it isn’t in the list you provided. What do I do now?

If you’re submitting a claim for a damaged, lost or stolen item that’s not in our list, you have the option to select 'Other' from the list. You can then add the information about the missing item in the 'Additional details' section at the end of the claims process.

If there’s any other info you might have missed, don’t worry – you can tell your assigned Claims team member when they call you and they’ll add it to your report.
