How long will it take to receive my claim payment?

Well, it really depends on the complexity and severity of your situation. For instance, if it’s a simple, straightforward claim, we may be able to send you a payment within 24 hours.

If it’s more complex, you may receive your payment once all of the repairs have been completed, and any lost or damaged items have been replaced. We either pay invoices for you or provide you with a lump sum. Of course, there are always exceptions – a Claims team member can assess your situation and advise you.
