You can report a claim to us if your bike is stolen, since bicycles are part of your personal belongings. But remember, all losses are subject to your policy deductible. What does this mean? Well, if your deductible is $1,000 and your bike cost $1,100 you’d have to cover the first $1,000 and we’d reimburse $100. If you’re unsure about what to do, talk to your Claims Professional. They’ll be happy to help guide you in the right direction.

Heads up! Bikes are also subject to a dollar limit of $3,000 for a claim payment – unless you upgrade your Custom Limits. (Upgrading has its perks, too – check out what else you’ll get if you have our Above and Beyond package!)
