Where can I check the status of my online claim?

First, make sure you’re logged in to your online account. You can view the status of your claim on your Claims Dashboard by scrolling down to the 'Your Claims' section. Here’s what each status means:

Resume: Your claim hasn’t been submitted yet and you need to finish filling out the form and submit it.
Processing: Your claim is currently processing and hasn’t yet been submitted.
Submitted: Your claim has been submitted and a Claims Professional will call you within one business day.
